AGIBOT A3 Ultra · RENTAL GUIDE
AGIBOT A3 Ultra rental for events.
A3 Ultra is a full-size humanoid suited to stage appearances, product launches and larger business events where the robot itself is part of the message.
What can it add to your programme?
Guest experiences
Photo opportunities, ceremonial greetings or guided encounters integrated into the event schedule.
Company presentations
Prepared brand stories, product introductions or moderated dialogue, using the software capabilities agreed for the robot.
How the day works
We allow suitable stage or exhibition space for a larger robot, plan breaks between scenes and agree the operating and technical requirements in advance. The rental period includes necessary technical and charging breaks, as well as rest breaks for the operating staff.
What needs a separate agreement?
Movements seen in demonstration videos and autonomous tasks are not automatically included. Custom choreography, object handling and navigation require an assessment of the venue and the actual configuration.
What should you prepare?
Alongside the running order, share the dimensions of the performance area, floor and access details, audio arrangements and charging facilities.
