A sample four-hour programme connecting a live robot appearance with filming or a livestream. The final running order is agreed for your event.

1. 00:00–00:30

   Setup and rehearsal

   Site setup, review of dialogue and movements, and coordination with the host and crew.

2. 00:30–01:30

   Live appearance and guest experience

   A short stage entrance, prepared brand message, movement demonstration and photo opportunities in brief sessions.

3. 01:30–02:00

   Break and preparation

   Charging, technical checks and staff rest breaks, followed by preparation for the camera sessions.

4. 02:00–03:30

   Filming or live broadcast

   Agreed co-host dialogue, product introduction and repeatable short scenes, with breaks as needed.

5. 03:30–04:00

   Closing scene and wrap-up

   A shared farewell, final photos or shots, and the end of the robot programme.

For eight-hour packages, repeat or extend selected sessions while allowing for technical and charging breaks and rest breaks for the operating staff. This sample is not a separate package; choose from the options below. Crew, cameras, sound, streaming facilities and any edited video are agreed separately in the quotation.
