MEET THE PLATFORM

A closer look at AGIBOT D1 Max.

AGIBOT D1 Max — Mobility matched to the site.

Mobility matched to the site.

Choosing a quadruped means considering stairs, slopes, surfaces and payload. D1 models differ in payload capacity, operating conditions and expansion options.

A mobile base for industrial equipment.

Industrial D1 platforms can carry task-specific equipment. Designing mechanical mounts, power supply and data connections is as important as selecting the robot.

AGIBOT D1 Max — A mobile base for industrial equipment.

Plan the entire workflow.

Payload, terrain and speed all affect operating time. Operational planning also covers the charging location, battery changes and the operator’s tasks.

The hardware, explained.

Perception and connections

  1. Optical camera and LiDAR

The front sensor assembly supplies visual and spatial information for navigation.

  2. Front lighting and indicators

Front lights and indicators make the robot’s operating state visible.

  3. Expansion compartment

A side compartment supports additional modules and provides an RTK interface.

  4. Charging contacts

Underbody charging contacts connect to an optional automatic charging station.

  5. Rear light sensor and status indicator

A rear indicator and ambient-light sensor are located at the other end of the body.

Power and mobility

  1. Mounting rails

    Top-mounted rails for application-specific accessories.

  2. Emergency stop

A directly accessible physical emergency-stop button.

  3. RF antenna

    An antenna for radio communication.

  4. Replaceable dual batteries

Two battery modules accessible from the side of the body.

  5. Ultrasonic sensor

Senses nearby obstacles around the robot.

  6. Upper and lower bumpers

Upper and lower bumpers protect the end of the body.

  7. Wheel-leg assembly

Upper and lower leg links terminate in powered wheels, combining stepping and rolling movement.

BEFORE CHOOSING YOUR CONFIGURATION

Frequently asked questions.

Are cameras and navigation included?

Sensors and autonomous functions are included only when explicitly listed in the selected configuration.

What affects actual runtime?

Payload, speed, terrain, temperature and accessory power consumption all matter. Validate the intended route rather than relying solely on laboratory figures.

Do related models have the same specifications?

Not automatically. Check the exact variant, installed equipment and corresponding specification together.
